Mexican Pizza In The Air Fryer


This Mexican pizza recipe is a great recipe to make in an air fryer or traditionally. Enjoy! 😉


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 serving homemade taco seasoning
  • 1 10-ounce can of red enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 16-ounce can of refried beans, warmed
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mexican blend
  • ⅔ cup water

For topping

  • sour cream
  • Taco sauce
  • cilantro


  1. Mix cheeses and set aside
  2. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees or Preheat your air fryer to 370 degrees F
  3. Over medium high heat, cook the ground beef
  4. Once browned add in the homemade taco seasoning and water and bring to a boil
  5. Reduce to a simmer and allow to thicken
  6. Remove from heat and set aside

For the tortilla shells

  1. Cook in the oven for 5 minutes Or Air fryer for 4 minutes until crispy
  2. To assemble each (you will have 4 pizzas)
  3. Spread refried beans on the 4 crispy cooked shells
  4. Top the bottom layer with 1/4th of the taco meat
  5. Then top with another crispy tortilla
  6. Top that tortilla with 1/4th enchilada sauce and 1/4th cheese
  7. Lastly, sprinkle on 1/4th of the diced tomatoes
  8. Cook in the air fryer at 370 for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese melted or Cook in a traditional oven at 400 for 10 to 12 minutes.
